The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members considered a request from Plymouth Fire Chief Rod Miller to provide stand-by medical coverage for the Notre Dame football team at the Culver Academy facility from Aug. 3 to Aug. 7.
Some accomplishments, as well as a few ongoing goals, were shared during the Argos School Board meeting on Monday.
The successfully implemented Argos Pre-School program was acknowledged as an accomplishment, as well as the corporation’s two nominations from the Advanced Placement Teacher Investment Program offered through the University of Notre Dame. Continue reading
At the Argos School Board meeting last week some faculty members were recognized for their recent accomplishments.
Superintendent Ned Speicher recognized and congratulated the Jr./Sr. High School principal Nick Medich for the nomination for school of the year through the Advanced Placement Teacher Investment Program for Indiana (AP-TIP IN), offered by the University of Notre Dame. As football season draws closer, the Plymouth Fire and EMS Department is preparing to change a few of its staff duties in August.
The University of Notre Dame’s football team is less than two weeks away from hosting its training camp at Culver Military Academies. The annual excursion 45 minutes away from South Bend has played host to the camp for years.
