The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated a call Thursday, September 19 from a woman who reported her vehicle stolen earlier in the day and that the suspect had returned.

A man was arrested Thursday, September 19 after a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy conducted a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 31 and 17^th Road.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained information Thursday, August 1 that an unknown man had purchased items from a LaPaz business ​and paid with one dollar silver coins. It was later found that the silver coins were counterfeit coins.

A suspect was arrested Friday, September 13 after an investigation was conducted across multiple counties for several months.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call Sunday, September 15 at 12:30 a.m. ET about an unknown disturbance in the 10,000 block of Olive Trail.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained information from the Department of Child Services of alleged child abuse occurring at a residence located in Tippecanoe,​ Indiana, involving four children twins age 2,​ and 8 and 10 years of age.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Detective Bureau obtained information that Jeremy Swank was at a residence within the 13,000 block of Michigan Road.

A Grand Rapids, Michigan man was arrested Wednesday, September 4 just after 3 a.m. ET after Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call of a possible impaired or sleepy driver.

A Mishawaka woman was arrested Monday, September 2 at 9:24 p.m. ET after a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy conducted a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 31 and Tyler Road.
