Grand Jury Indicts Man for Reckless Homicide in Marshall County Accident

A Grand Jury convened last week in Marshall County and returned an indictment in four counts against 29-year-old Inderjit Singh Sidhu in an accident that occurred August 24, 2021 on U.S. 30 just west of the railroad crossing between Pioneer Drive and Oak Drive in Plymouth.

Plymouth Woman Accused of Taking Thousands of Dollars from ‘Endangered Adult’

A Plymouth woman has been indicted on three counts, amid allegations that she took thousands of dollars from an endangered adult before and after he died. Marshall County Prosecutor Nelson Chipman says that after Marvin L. Hummel Jr. passed away in 2018, his heir reported that funds were missing, and Indiana State Police began investigating.

The man accused of carrying-out a string of robberies in Northern Indiana was indicted on Wednesday, and cooperating authorities say an “ongoing criminal nuisance” has been stopped.
