The Culver Town Council this week adopted an ordinance that rezones two parcels.
The ordinance proposes the rezoning of 1213 Hoosier Lane and 1201 West Shore Drive from Residential (R-1) to Lake District (L-1). This action would combine two lots into one lot and grant lake access.
The Town of Culver is looking for members for various committees, and may consider offering money as an incentive. During last week’s town council meeting, Town Manager Jonathan Leist proposed a $20-per-meeting stipend for members of the plan commission and board of zoning appeals. Continue reading
