The Plymouth Board of Public Works approved the street closure request submitted by the Plymouth Public Library for a One Book One City event. Garro Street will be closed from the United States Post Office to the corner of Michigan St. and Garro St. on Saturday, October 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for an event focused on “The Good Neighbor: The Life and Work of Fred Rogers” by Maxwell King. Downtown businesses, non-profit organizations, and volunteers will be providing entertainment, a chili cook off, and games for families.
