The certified bid tabulation for Bourbon’s Community Crossings Grant was presented at last Tuesday’s town council meeting.

Joshua Padgett from the architecture and engineering firm Jones, Petrie, Rafinksi presented four bids to council members. The bids came from the companies Phend & Brown Inc, E&B Paving, Rieth-Riley Construction and Niblock Excavating. Continue reading →
