A South Bend man was arrested after allegedly leading police on a pursuit through Marshall County Friday. Indiana State Police say it began around 2:50 p.m. in the area of U.S. 30 and King Road, when police saw an SUV matching the description of one believed to be involved in an armed robbery at a Bourbon business.

A man wanted by Terre Haute Police on suspicion of murder was taken into custody in Plymouth Thursday. Marshall County Police say Terre Haute officers asked them to help find Jeffrey William Recupido, 33, of Terre Haute, who they believed was staying in the Plymouth area.

Two arrests have been made in connection with a series of armed robberies and other crimes in LaPorte and St. Joseph Counties, according to the information given by officials and Roanoke criminal justice law firm. According to the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Timothy E. Bennitt and 32-year-old Nathan D.
