PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 6 at 11:46 p.m., Plymouth Police were conducting traffic enforcement on US 30 when a vehicle was observed traveling at 94 miles per hour in a posted 50 miles per hour zone.
A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle at the intersection of US 30 and Oak Road. The driver, Muhammed A. Ali Juhar, 19, of Ft. Wayne, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for the pending charge of Reckless Driving.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
