PLYMOUTH — On July 25 at approximately 10:45 p.m., Plymouth Police were dispatched to River Park Square for a report of a man who was screaming in the parking lot.
Police identified Matthew V. O’Brien, 32, of Plymouth, as being extremely intoxicated. O’Brien was charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
