On Sept. 13, 2025, at approximately 8:00 pm, Marshall County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the 12,000 block of Michigan Road. During the investigation, suspected marijuana was located. The driver of the vehicle, Austin Richard Wheeler, 21, was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for B misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
