Plymouth Police make public intoxication, theft arrests

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 9 at 1:15 a.m. Plymouth Police were dispatched to a residence on Dora Lane for a report of an unknown woman pounding on the window.
The witness claimed the woman appeared to be highly intoxicated and in some distress. Upon arriving on the scene, police located the woman lying in a field behind the residence. Stephanie S. Hill, 45, of Bremen, was transported to the Plymouth hospital, where it was discovered that she had a blood alcohol content of 0.14.
Hill also admitted that she was under the influence of Marijuana. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 8 at 1:36 p.m., Plymouth Police units were dispatched to Wal-Mart for a subject in the store who had been stealing over the past several days.
The suspect, Fred William Timmons Jr., 58, of Plymouth, was located, and it was confirmed that he had been in the store and had removed merchandise without rendering payment. Timmons was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
