
PLYMOUTH — On Dec. 2 at 4:30 a.m., a Plymouth Officer observed a pickup truck traveling on Harrison Street without functional taillights.
A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle for the equipment violation. During the stop, marijuana paraphernalia was observed in plain view. A search of the vehicle revealed that the driver, Isaiah Leach, 21, of Plymouth, was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Further investigation revealed that Leach was operating the vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance.
Leach was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was lodged on the pending charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
PLYMOUTH — On Dec. 3, at 7:30 a.m., a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle in the area of Baker St and Columbus St for several traffic violations in a school zone.
The odor of marijuana was detected emitting from 36-year-old Johnathan Stigler’s vehicle, prompting a vehicle search, during which marijuana and paraphernalia were located.
Stigler was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and lodged under the charges of Possession of Marijuana with a Prior Conviction and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
