Plymouth Police make operator never licensed arrests

PLYMOUTH — On Nov. 9, at 9:40 p.m., Plymouth Police stopped a vehicle in the area of N. Michigan Street and Elliot Street for a moving violation, which involved a lane violation and failing to stop at a traffic light.
The driver was identified as Johan J. Mata-Sandoval, 20, of Plymouth. During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that Sandoval was operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Sandoval was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and lodged for knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

PLYMOUTH — On Nov. 7 at 12:38 p.m., a vehicle being driven by Bryan Romero, 23, of South Bend, was stopped for a traffic infraction.
He was found to have never received a license. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On Oct. 25, at 10:10 p.m., Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle for no taillights and unsafe lane movement.
The driver was identified as forty-one-year-old Gerardo Contreras-Rivera of Plymouth. It was discovered that Contreras-Rivera was found to be operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

PLYMOUTH — On the morning of Oct. 25, at 12:50 a.m., Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop for moving violations on Plum and Jackson Street.
The driver was identified as Perla Cerrato, 18 years old, of Plymouth. Cerrato was determined to have never been issued a driver’s license and was taken into custody. Cerrato was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed.
