Plymouth Police make operating while intoxicated arrests

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 2 at 2:25 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle due to the registered owner having a suspended license.
During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, Jose Olivares, 53, of Plymouth, was showing signs of impairment. Further investigation confirmed that Olivares was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Olivares was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was lodged for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior.

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 2 at approximately 11:12 p.m., Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of Harrison St. and Fourth St. for a report of a white Chevrolet passenger car that had driven through someone’s yard.
Police located the vehicle at the intersection of Fifth St. and Madison St. The vehicle was stopped on W. Jefferson St. The driver, Cristopher L. Rodriguez-Flores, of Plymouth, was found to be operating the vehicle with a BAC of .36.
Rodriguez-Flores was also operating the vehicle without ever having obtained a valid driver’s license. He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
