Plymouth Officers make no license arrests

On Aug. 10 at 11:11 a.m., Plymouth Police stopped a car on N. Michigan St., driven by Ena Lilibeth Ruiz Gonzalez, 44, of Plymouth, for speeding.
It was discovered that she was operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

On the morning of Aug. 12, at 1:30 am, Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on Center Street, north of Jefferson Street, for equipment and moving violations.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 18-year-old Andrea Potter of Monterey. Potter was found to have never been issued a driver’s license. She was taken into custody for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
