PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 29 at 7:03 p.m., Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The Officer noticed a man driving, who was identified as Jorge Terrones, 39 years old, of Plymouth, while on Columbus St driving towards Jefferson, and knew his license was suspended.
The officer noticed that Terrones didn’t come to a complete stop at Columbus and Jefferson Street. The officer conducted a traffic stop, and the vehicle didn’t pull over until Kingston and Lincolnway East.
Terrones was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked in for Driving While Suspended Prior.
PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 30 at 7:30 a.m., a vehicle being driven by Brayan Josue Ramirez-Carranza, 23 of Chicago, was stopped for a traffic infraction.
Ramirez-Carranza was found to have never obtained a driver’s license. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 28, at 7:04 p.m., Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle that the registered owner came up was suspended.
The driver and registered owner was identified as Timothy Abair, 36, of Plymouth. Abair was suspended previously. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for driving while suspended.
PLYMOUTH — On the morning of Sept. 24, at 5:15 a.m., a Plymouth Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Street near Meadow Drive for a moving violation. During the investigation, it was determined that the driver, Heydi Herrera-Munguia, 18 years old from Plymouth, was found to have never been issued a driver’s license and was taken into custody before being lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 25, at 4:37 p.m., a vehicle was observed with a front windshield violation in the area of S. Michigan Street and E. Lake Avenue.
Plymouth Police conducted the traffic stop. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver, Doralina Castro-Guifarro, 32, of Plymouth, was found to be operating the motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Castro-Guifarro was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked and lodged for: Knowingly or Intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 26 at 1:41 a.m., a Honda CRV was stopped for possibly being an impaired driver. After speaking with the driver, Adrian Cabrera-Diaz, 35 of Plymouth, it was found that he had never possessed a driver’s license. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
