Plymouth Officers make license arrests

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 2 at 1:20 p.m., a car driven by Eduar Almendarez Caceres, 20 of Bourbon, was stopped for speeding. It was determined that Caceres did not have a driver’s license from Indiana or any other state. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 1, Plymouth Police Officers were notified of a vehicle operating on the roadways, to which the registered owner showed a driver’s license status of suspended-prior.
Officers located the vehicle preparing to exit Christo’s Family Dining and confirmed that the registered owner, 35-year-old Josefina Cabrera, was operating the vehicle. Officers verified that Cabrera’s driver’s license status was suspended with a prior. Cabrera was taken into custody and transported the the Marshall County Jail, where she was booked for driving while suspended with a prior.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
