
PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 14, around 12:53 a.m., a Marshall County deputy stopped a red Ford Mustang on Oak Road just south of Jefferson Street for failure to dim headlights.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as Austen Hayes of Plymouth, was found to have been drinking. After field sobriety tests and a certified breath test, it was found that Hayes was intoxicated and was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
