Plymouth man arrested for OWI

PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 14,​ around 12:53 a.m.,​ a Marshall County deputy stopped a red Ford Mustang on Oak Road just south of Jefferson Street for failure to dim headlights.
The driver of the vehicle,​ identified as Austen Hayes of Plymouth, ​was found to have been drinking. After field sobriety tests and a certified breath test, it was found that Hayes ​ ​was intoxicated and was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. ​
