Operator never licensed arrests

PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 4 at 7:33 a.m., a vehicle being driven by Brayan Josue Ramirez Carranza, 23 of Chicago, was stopped for a traffic infraction.
He was found to have never obtained a license. Carranza was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 3 at 10:36 a.m., units were dispatched to 2401 N Michigan St Lot #34 for a domestic disturbance. While en route, dispatch stated that the suspect left in a red Dodge Nitro.
Plymouth officers located the vehicle leaving the area and conducted a traffic stop. Eric Gonzales, 36 of Plymouth, was not involved in the disturbance but was driving one of the individuals involved to another home. Gonzales was found to have never received a license.
He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 29, at approximately 12:38 a.m., Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 77 mph in a posted 50 mph zone on US 30.
The driver of the vehicle, Shiare D. Berry, 25, of Fort Wayne, was found to be operating the vehicle without ever having obtained a valid driver’s license. Berry was also found to have a suspended license on an ID card with a prior conviction. Berry was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
