ARGOS — On Sept. 19, at 7:25 P.M., a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 31 and S.R. 10.
During the course of the traffic stop, it was determined that the driver of the vehicle, Ibarra R. Gregorio, was operating the vehicle without ever having received his driver’s license.
Ibarra was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
