PLYMOUTH — On Oct. 4, at 3:43 a.m., Plymouth Police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle believed to be driving while impaired.
The driver, identified as Patrick Leary, 40, of Plymouth, had interacted with officers earlier in the night and was known to be under the influence of some sort of substance. After the investigation was complete, Leary was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Operating While Intoxicated- Class C Misdemeanor.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
