PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 11 at 12:45 p.m., Plymouth police were dispatched to the area of Kenwood and Sycamore St. regarding an SUV hitting a passenger car and then leaving the scene.
Witnesses advised that the suspect vehicle went eastbound on Sycamore St., and another witness advised that the man driving the SUV parked in a driveway on Sycamore St.
The suspect, Adam Richard, 42, of Rochester, was located and taken into custody, and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
