BOURBON — On Friday, November 21, at 5:31 p.m., Marshall County Dispatch broadcast a report of a possible impaired or unsafe driver traveling westbound on US 30 from Hawthorn Rd.
The report was of a blue Chevrolet pickup truck all over the roadway. A Marshall County Officer located the vehicle on US 31 near 3A Rd. The Officer initiated a traffic stop for a moving violation.
During the investigation, the driver, Thomas C Hall, 66, of Ft. Wayne, was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. Mr. Hall was transported to the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated .15% or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
