Driving without a license arrests

PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 12, at approximately 2 p.m., Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 900 W. Harrison St on a vehicle for a moving violation that occurred at the intersection of W. Harrison St and N. Plum St.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 36-year-old Elida Cardona-Rodriguez, 36, of Plymouth.
Cardona-Rodriguez was found to have never been issued a driver’s license. She was then taken into custody for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On Sept. 14 at 7:05 a.m., a traffic stop was initiated for disregarding a stop sign.
Further investigation showed that the driver, Armando Garcia, 27, had never been issued a license. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

PLYMOUTH — On the morning of Sept. 11, at 2:20 a.m., a Plymouth Police officer conducted a traffic stop on Lincolnway East near 10th Road after the officer knew the driver, 44-year-old Erick Gama-Barrios of Plymouth, to be unlicensed.
Gama-Barrios was confirmed to have a previous conviction for operating without a license and was taken into custody for operating a vehicle without a license.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
