PLYMOUTH — On July 27 at 9:56 a.m., a vehicle being driven by Joseph A. Hensley, 45, of Plymouth, was stopped for a traffic infraction.
He was found to have a license status of suspended-prior. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
