PLYMOUTH — On Oct. 7, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Markley Dr near the intersection of Oak Dr.
The driver of the vehicle, 51-year-old Natividad Leiva Jr, was found to have a driver’s license status of Suspended with a Prior (Misdemeanor). Leiva Jr was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and lodged.
PLYMOUTH — On Oct. 4, a vehicle being driven by Chris-Lynn R. Haywood, 32 of Fort Wayne, was stopped for a traffic infraction.
Haywood was found to have a license status of suspended-prior. She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
