On Saturday, Aug. 9, at 7:28 A.M., Marshall County Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Redwood Rd. concerning a 911 hang-up and subsequent suspicious vehicle report.
The suspicious vehicle was located, and during the investigation, it was determined that the driver of the vehicle, Jeremy R. Haney, 45, was intoxicated.
Haney was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
