BOURBON — On Friday, Sept. 26, at 7 p.m., Marshall County Dispatch broadcast a report of a two-vehicle personal injury accident on US 30 near Fir Rd.
Bourbon Fire/EMS, Bourbon Police, and Marshall County Officers responded. During the crash investigation, Officers discovered that the driver of one of the vehicles was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication.
Marc Witwer, 77, was transported to the Marshall County Jail for operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangering.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
