PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 7, Plymouth Officers were conducting speed enforcement on U.S. 30 when a vehicle was observed traveling eastbound on U.S. 30, east of Pioneer Dr, at 67 mph in a posted 50 mph zone.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle near the intersection of U.S. 30 and N. Oak Dr. During the traffic stop, it was found that the driver, 50-year-old Armando Sanchez-Baron, of Chicago, had never obtained a United States driver’s license.
Sanchez-Baron was then taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and lodged for Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Obtaining a License.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
