Funeral services for Willard E. “Ed” Rusher, 72, of Plymouth are Friday, July 7 at 2 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, with visitation there from noon until the time of the service. American Legion Post 27, VFW Marshall County Post 1162, and the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 42 will provide military honors at the cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Disabled American Veterans in Cold Spring, Kentucky.
