Funeral services for Wilbur “Ray” Dowd, 83, of Culver, are Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 11 a.m. CST at Rannells Funeral Home Hamlet Chapel, with visitation there Tuesday, Feb. 9 from 4 until 8 p.m. CST and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Military graveside services will also be conducted.
