Funeral services for Ruth Evelyn Howard, 90, of Walkerton, will be Monday, February 20 at 1 p.m. ET at the Rannells Funeral Chapel-Koontz Lake, with visitation there from 11 a.m. ET until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be given to the Koontz Lake Missionary Church.
