Funeral services for Phyllis M. Neidlinger, 91, of Plymouth are Wednesday, June 28 at 11 a.m. at Odom Funeral Home in Culver, with visitation there Tuesday, June 27 from 4 until 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Culver of Marshall-Starke Development Center.
