A memorial service for 68-year-old Patrick Jeffirs, of South Bend and formerly of Plymouth, is on Friday, December 22 at 1 p.m. at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home with visitation there until 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
