Michael Keiper, 61, of Walkerton, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 27, 2019 at 12:00 noon EST at the First Presbyterian Church of Walkerton. A memorial visitation will be Thursday evening at Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST and Friday at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the First Presbyterian Church.
