43-year-old Lloyd “Buster” Howard, of Culver, passed away Friday, Jan. 12. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. CST at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
