Funeral services for 72-year-old Joe David Dugard, of Plymouth, will be Thursday, March 3 at 1 p.m. CT at the Braman and Son Memorial Chapel, with visitation there from 10 a.m. CT until the time of services. Memorials may be made to the House of the Lord Church.
