Jody Lee Spicer, age 40, of Plymouth, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023. Jody was born January 19, 1983 in Plymouth to William E. Spicer Sr and Sally Williams Spicer.
He loved to go fishing and enjoyed working on lawn mowers. He is survived by his mother, Sally Spicer of Plymouth, brothers and sisters, Joy McCarthy (Tim) of Culver, Stephanie McCarthy (John) of Florida, Crystal Spicer of Rochester, Indiana, Martha Spicer (Jessie) of Alabama, Eddie Spicer (Kelley) of Knox, and Kara Spicer (Dale Ritchie) of Kentucky, and his nieces and nephews, Logan McCarthy, Jennah Fairchild (Kolton), Mekaela Rogers (Matthew), John McCarthy, Brittnee Spicer, BreeAnnah Spicer (Corey), Michael Spicer, Ryley Spicer, Ryder Spicer and Elijah Spicer. He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Spicer Sr, and a brother, Glenneth Binion Jr.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 1pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox. Burial will follow at Eagle Creek Cemetery in Knox.
