81-year-old Joan Horning of Plymouth, formerly of Hamlet, passed away Thursday November 14, 2019. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 12:00 noon EST at Rannells Funeral Home Hamlet Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon EST.
