Funeral services for Jerry Nelson, 71, of South Bend, are Monday, June 6 at 1 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home in Plymouth, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Chicago White Sox Charities.
