Funeral services for Evelyn M. Leeper, 99, of Bremen are Tuesday, December 20 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bremen, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church or Lutheran Church Charities – Comfort Dogs Ministry in Northbrook, Illinois. Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen is in charge of arrangements.
