Graveside services for Elizabeth C. “Betty” Perkins, 89, of Plymouth, are Saturday, Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. EST at the New Oakhill Cemetery Chapel, with visitation there from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Van Gilder Funeral Home in Plymouth is in charge of arrangements.
