A celebration of life service for 63-year-old Douglas L. Capper, of Rochester, is on Sunday, October 1 at 1 p.m. EDT at the Good Family Funeral home in Rochester. Visitation is there one hour prior to the service on Sunday and from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 30. Memorial contributions may be made to Camp We Can through the Northern Indiana Community Foundation.
