No funeral services are scheduled for Carolyn R. Ellis, 73, of Plymouth, Indiana. Memorial visitation is Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care in Plymouth.
