Zika Virus Prompts Spring Break Travel Warning
Spring Break is the time of the year when people often head to warm, tropical places for vacation. But this year, pregnant women and their partners might want to rethink that, in light of health warnings about the Zika virus. Knox Man Sentenced to 20 Years on Meth Charges in Marshall County
A Knox man was sentenced on Wednesday in Marshall County Superior Court on charges of dealing methamphetamine.
33-year-old Ryan Smith was arrested in August of 2015 after a vehicle he was in was stopped by Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies. An air sniff was conducted by a K9 Unit and indicated the presence of drugs inside the vehicle.

Plymouth Community School Corporation Schedules Kindergarten Roundup
Parents of prospective kindergarten students are invited to the Plymouth Community School Corporation’s Kindergarten Roundup. It will take place Tuesday, March 22 from 1:30 until 2:30 and 6 until 7 p.m. at each of the four elementary schools.
Families only need to attend one session. During the hour-long meeting, parents will meet with administrators and fill out registration forms while children will meet with teachers for kindergarten screening. Continue reading
