PLYMOUTH — The Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals awarded a variance for a garage on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026.
Danny Duff, who lives on SR 331 in Tippecanoe, came before the board to request the variance to replace an existing carport with a 3-car garage in line with his existing residence.
The Board was also informed by Plan Director Nicholas Witwer of a judge’s decision in favor of the BZA’s ruling on denying a variance for the Tamarack Solar project.
