TIPPECANOE — On Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, at 9:50 am, Marshall County Dispatch broadcast a report of a domestic battery in
progress at the residence on Dewberry Rd, Tippecanoe.
The initial reporter told Dispatch that her husband shoved her through a doorway. Marshall County Officers and Bourbon Police Officers responded.
During the investigation, it was discovered that a battery had occurred. Odell Kiesow, 56, was transported to the Marshall County Jail for domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
