PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 8, 2026, at approximately 8:40 PM, Marshall County dispatch advised of a stolen vehicle out of Elkhart
County. Dispatch advised the stolen vehicle was a 2012 Ford Fusion, blue in color, driven by Andrea Tuttle, 47, of Ft. Wayne.
At 10:32 PM, officers were dispatched to the Dairy Queen for a disabled vehicle. The caller advised that the vehicle would not run. Dispatch advised that the caller was Andrea Tuttle.
Police located the vehicle parked on the west side of the building. Tuttle was detained while confirmation of the stolen vehicle was obtained. A container holding an amount of crystal-like material and four glass smoking devices were also located.
Tuttle was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
