ARGOS — On Sunday, Aug. 23, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving
violation in the area of US31 and 16th Road.
Upon further investigation, both individuals were in possession of Marijuana. The driver, Warren Highbaugh Jr., 32, was arrested and booked in the Marshall County Jail for driving while suspended prior and possession of Marijuana.
The passenger, Jontae Williams, 25, was arrested and booked for possession of Marijuana.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
