PLYMOUTH — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained a complaint of inappropriate behavior between the suspect,
Anthony M. Ferree, 24, and a 13-year-old child.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, along with the Division of Child Services, started investigating the complaint. On Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026, Lt. Detective Les McFarland, along with Detective Jonathan Bryant, went to Feree’s residence located on Forest View Drive in Plymouth for the investigation. Drug paraphernalia and a substance believed to be marijuana, as well as methamphetamine, were recovered.
A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review and formal charges to be filed.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
